Coffee and Chicory
Due to a coffee shortage during the Civil War, New Orleanians began extending their coffee supply by adding chicory, the root of the endive plant, roasted and ground. The result was a bittersweet, heavy-bodied brew. Coffee and chicory remains a New Orleans favorite today.

Breakfast Blend

Breakfast blend is one of our most popular morning coffees. With its medium-bodied, but smoothly mellowed flavor, it is a distinctive way to ease into the day. Our Breakfast Blend begins with an exclusive combination of the finest 100% Arabica coffee beans from around the world. These beans are shade grown under the canopy of tall trees at high altitudes so they ripen more slowly for a richer flavor. Then the beans are carefully roasted until they have a nice, medium-dark color. The eye-opening aroma is a great way to start any day. [12 oz. bag]

No need to look any further this is the only coffeE I allow in my coffee pot.I use the whole beans in my cuisinart grind and brew and what a flavor of freshness. All I can say is "GO AND GET YOURSELF A BAG" NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!YUM

This one is my 2nd fav.

I recently bought a bag of this blend on my stock up run.its YUMMY!talk about an eye opener.I dont make mine weak anyway,but its stout and I love it!!!
