Coffee and Chicory

Toddy® Maker for Cold Brew Gourmet Coffee

Brewing coffee with cold water keeps the heavy oils and acid released by heat in the grounds and preserves the rich coffee flavor. Cold brew your own gourmet coffee concentrate at home with this easy-to-use Toddy Coffee Maker. Store the coffee concentrate in your refrigerator and you can quickly prepare a cup of hot, fresh, gourmet coffee by adding boiling water. Or, pour the cold coffee concentrate over ice for smooth, rich iced coffee. Entirely dishwasher safe. Two filters included.

Back in the mid 70's, when my college roomate visited home, she would bring back a carafe of cold coffee concentrate. The cold brewing produced the smoothest cup of coffee I had ever tasted. We poured coffee "syrup" into and onto everything! After college, I had to take this special coffee with me and bought my own Toddy Maker. Nothing gets more compliments than a cup from my Toddy. Tip: pour some in a cup of scalded milk for the ultimate cafe' au lait!

I have had cold brew coffee made other ways. Using this product makes it easy to make a consistent batch. Instructions are great and easy to understand the process is easy and cleanup was easy. This is a Great Product.!

My daughter bought me a Toddy gift basket for Christmas. It came with 2 bags Espresso Whole Bean. I still can't believe how smooth the taste is from making it cold brewed! Community is THE BEST coffee & Toddy is THE BEST way to brew it!!!
