I too am not a flavored-coffee fan, but decided to give this a try...and now I guess I AM a flavored-coffee fan, at least with Carnivale Cake!one!!

Every flavored coffee I ever tried tasted the way I imagine bad coffee would taste if you floated a scented candle in it. Yuk.Carnivale Cake had its work cut out, because I was squarely in the opposite camp. But the glowing reviews and my own reckless spirit compelled me to give it a whirl. Glad I did!Try it with a plain biscotti, madeline or piece of pound cake. Buy it and be amazed.

My boyfriend does not care for flavored coffees, but this blend sure changed his mind. We love the light sweet bread flavor. Really delicious, like drinking dessert.

I remember drinking community coffee in the South. I lived there for seven years and since I have returned to the west coast, I have not had a cup of Community Coffee. While on Facebook, I found your ad for Carnivale Cake coffee, this stuff is awesome! It is almost like drinking candied coffee. It isn't too sweet or too oversaturated with cinnamon either. I bought two bags. I hardly think they will last all that long. Yummy!Christina in California

I do not like flavored coffees AT ALL. This is the ONE. It is clean tasting - most I can detect artificial flavors immediately and they are a bad imitation ..I look forward to getting this coffee again...and again...etc etc and so forth..

This is my favorite flavored coffee blend. Smells like Mardi Gras every time I brew a pot and it takes me back home... Thanks Community Coffee... you are the only coffee in my pot at home :)

I was born and raised in Louisiana and grew up on Community Coffee. I will drink no other. This Carnival Cake blend is so wonderful. We now live west of Houston and last year we could not find the Carnivale Cake blend. When I say it at a store here this year, I grabbed it. Then I decided to go online and order some so that we have it all the time. Thank you for creating this blend and I really wish that there was a Community Coffee House in the Sealy-Bellville, Texas area.Peggy Ross

I first tried this coffee some months back when it was "re-introduced" for a short time. I liked it very much. However, my recent 2010 holiday order seemed to use different flavoring (not cinnamon and vanilla) and my mother, who is highly allergic to hazelnut) was sickened by it. Community Coffee did make good on its refund and replacement offer - however - more complete information on flavoring contents could help minimize problems like this.

This is by far the best coffee Community has ever made. Was excited last August when they had it for a short time. I'm wondering since it's past Mardi Gras time and it's still available if it will be offered year round. Wouldn't have to worry about stocking up for a whole year. :-)

I tried this coffe during my visit to LA a couple weeks ago and loved it so much I had to come to the website and order some!!! I understand this coffee is only avail during mardi gras season, too bad, NEED to be year round!

I have tried many flavored coffees and last year I came across this flavor. My husband is not a big fan of flavored coffees, but we are both sold on this one. I requested last year in an e-mail for this to be made a permanent flavor & would love for it to be made available year round. We have shared it with many of our friends & family they love it too. Please consider making it available year round. It's our favorite - thanks community coffee for such a great product.

The first time I had this was in Panama City FL. I usually drown my coffee with flavored dreams BUT with this one.....don't touch it. The flavor is something you melt into. Find a peaceful, comfy spot and enjoy it. I've tried similar flavors but NOTHING touches CC Carnivale Cake. I vote for year round also but I know :-( it would not be Carnivale then. Oh well! Something worth waiting for!!!!

I love Carnivale Cake Coffee, it takes me back to the days of Old Carnivale days, we use to have around here. The smeell when it brews is great, and the taste will blow you always, and take you alway to another time, and place.

This coffee represents the season of Epiphany throughout Louisiana and the Christian faith. Nothing beats King Cake and Carnival coffee!

This product should absolutely be sold year round. I search for it at several stores during the season and pick up whatever I find so I can send out to family and friends all over the US and Canada. I'm in love with it and am on a mission to make all I know addicts also LOL. Several votes for the Carnival Cake!

Wow...great timing!!I ordered 4 bags at the end of 2009 when you brought it back. I just made my last pot...I've been alternating between this and the cinnamon roll just to make it last! Thank you! Will it be in stores? My mom is in Slidell and my sis is in Baton Rouge.

Tis the season of Mardi Gras and the best flavored coffee we have ever tried! Converted my wife to be a Community lover! I have never been let down by any CC, but this is a spring time delight that we wait for every year! Will be ordering soon!

My wife and I love the carnivale Cake blend. We can only find it during the Mardi Gras season. It gives us more to look forward to at Mardi Gras. We would also love to see the Vermont Maple blend come back.

I'm not one for flavored coffees, but Community Coffee carries the best ones and Carnivale Cake is the best I've tasted. It isn't overwhelming in taste, or leave you wondering "What flavor was that?" either. A perfect balance of coffee and flavoring that leaves you wanting more.

Tried this for the first time last week. I normally do not care for flavored coffee's..but this was exceptional!! Absolutely fantastic!! Please, please, make it availible year round!

As a coffee club member and huge fan of Community Coffee, I had the misfortune of never trying this blend. Big Mistake! Carnival Cake is awesome. I received a shipment for this month's coffee of the month and shared it with my co-workers at school, and they instantly fell in love with it as well. In fact, I ordering more for them. Kudos, Community!

With an absolutely wonderful smell that will be sure to permeate your entire office and make your co-workers jealous, this coffee is a true treat! I am not a flavoured coffee lover by any means, but this has a great taste that is not overpowering to the underlying roast.It's all the taste/fun of a King Cake, without the plastic baby.
