One Customer to Win an Apple iPad
BATON ROUGE, La. – CC’s Community Coffee House® is inviting customers to go back to school with its Mochasippi® beverages and other specials. One grand prize winner will receive an Apple iPad.
The “Back to School with Mochasippi” campaign, complete with Mochasippi characters, is designed to promote the Mochasippi and its family of frozen beverages. The campaign, which continues through October 3, includes incentives for customers to visit CC’s social media sites on Facebook and Foursquare, catch up with the characters and enter the sweepstakes for an Apple Ipad.
There also will be Foursquare specials at all 30 locations of CC’s Community Coffee House. Foursquare is one of the newest social media sites and also a mobile phone application with GPS locators that allow users to “check in” to various locations to earn points and badges:
- When customers “check in” to a CC’s location for the first time and show the barista their phone, they can get a Grande drink for half the price.
- Once a customer becomes the most frequent visitor at a location, or “mayor” in Foursquare terms, he or she receives half price Grande drinks on every visit.
CC’s also has a new Mochasippi tumbler designed for on-the-go Mochasippi beverage drinkers. Customers can refill their Mochasippi tumbler at coffeehouses to receive a discount of 20 cents off a Mochasippi drink.
“This campaign gives customers more reasons to visit us on Facebook and Foursquare. Our team is always looking for ways to interact with customers. And, given the youthful age of many coffeehouse customers, the best place to meet them is generally on the Internet, particularly on social networking sites,” said Community Coffee Company president and fourth generation family member Matt Saurage.
