CC's Community Coffee House® Celebrates 15 Years of Serving Customers

September 23, 2010-

BATON ROUGE, La. –

Community Coffee Company is celebrating and thanking its customers for 15 years of loyalty to CC’s Community Coffee House.  The company opened its first coffeehouse on September 23, 1995, at 900 Jefferson Avenue, on the corner of Magazine Street, in New Orleans.

As part of the celebration, for one day only, on Saturday, September 25, the coffeehouse locations are rolling back prices to 15 years ago for the signature Mochasippi® beverage.  The CC’s® Mochasippi is a creamy, espresso-blended, frozen beverage that has been a South Louisiana favorite since 1995. Also, customers can enjoy a free tall coffee of the day, and hot and iced tea.

“We are 15 years strong because our customers consistently choose to visit our stores for their coffee needs.” said Celton Hayden, General Manager of Retail Operations for CC’s Community Coffee House.  “Whether it’s weekly or daily visits, they still have choices and they choose us.  CC’s has kept the focus of its business to serving its customers quality coffee by friendly and knowledgeable baristas in a warm and relaxing South Louisiana environment.”

To join the anniversary celebration on Saturday, September 25*, customers can stop by a CC’s Community Coffee House in New Orleans, Baton Rouge or Lafayette.  Also on that day, customers can visit the first coffeehouse at 900 Jefferson Avenue in New Orleans for a day of fun-filled activities, including face painting, live jazz music and a special ceremony at 10:00 a.m. which includes the unveiling of a permanent anniversary plaque.

Also, to commemorate the anniversary, CC’s will introduce a limited edition Anniversary Blend Coffee this fall, which will be sold exclusively in the coffeehouses.
