WYES ANNOUNCES THE 2015-2016 WINNER OF THE COOKING WITH COMMUNITY® COFFEE CONTEST

During the WYES SEASON OF GOOD TASTES coffee and wine pairing dinners, held between October 2015 and January 2016, chefs were asked to use Community® coffee as an ingredient in one or more of their courses. Each dinner guest was asked to judge on presentation, taste, originality and creativity of coffee usage.

WYES and Community Coffee Company are pleased to announce Chef Mark Quitney of Pelican Lobby Bar in the Sheraton New Orleans as the 2015 Cooking with Community® Coffee Contest winner! Chef Mark Quitney won for his Black & Gold to the Super Bowl Doberge which featured layers of lemon curd & chocolate mousse, buttercream icing covered in a chocolate and lemon glaze burnt cream featuring Community® coffee. The winning recipe is available at communitycoffee.com.
