Community Coffee Company Promotes Top Human Resources Positions to Prepare for Continued Growth

Baton Rouge, LA – With the company strategy focused on enhancing coffee experiences across an ever expanding geography, Community Coffee Company promotes key Human Resources positions. Tina Robinson has been promoted to General Manager of Talent Development and Shauntel Deshautelles has been promoted to General Manager of Recruiting.

Tina Robinson joined Community Coffee Company in April 2014 and held two progressive positions before becoming the Talent Development department’s General Manager. Robinson played a key role in the implementation of new leadership development training events and curriculum, along with making continuous enhancements to the company’s employee orientation training called My First Cup.  She also successfully evolved the innovative Manager In Training development program to prepare emerging leaders to lead in new markets. 

She has over 16 years of experience in organizational development and performance improvement at top performing companies. Prior to joining the Community Coffee Company, Robinson was the Director of Organizational Development at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center in Baton Rouge. Robinson graduated from Northeast Louisiana University, with a bachelor’s degree in psychology with an emphasis in business. 

Shauntel Deshautelles has been promoted to General Manager of Recruiting. She joined Community Coffee Company in December of 2012 as the Senior Recruiting Manager, successfully leading strategic recruitment efforts. Deshautelles developed effective and efficient recruitment and sourcing strategies that align with the company’s goals and delivers the best talent to meet current and future staffing needs.

Previously, Deshautelles served in various leadership roles with top performing companies where she provided strategic direction for the overall strategy, implementation, communication, and administration of best in class recruiting efforts. Additionally, she served as Corporate Recruiter and Group Resourcing Advisor for two globally-recognized engineering firms.

Deshautelles earned her bachelor’s degree in Mass Communication with a concentration in Organizational Studies from Southeastern Louisiana University. Deshautelles has a background of progression positions with more than 9 years of experience in recruiting and human resource management across foodservice, automotive, construction, and oil and gas industries.
