Let's Talk Coffee Pots "This Bunn unit gets 4 solid stars from me. The phased brewing took exactly 6 minutes to heat 8 cups of water, and an additional 4 minutes to fill the carafe. This was straight out of the box with two rounds of just water being run through. The reason for only 4 stars is that there is no audible indication that brewing is complete and there is no "stealing" a cup of coffee while brewing. Solid coffee pot and with the extras, this is an exceptional deal."

Absolutely Love It! "After debating over the cost of a Bunn for the last couple of years, I finally decided that there was no time like the present. Shipping was very fast, and I had a pot brewed within an hour of arrival (with chicory...my favorite). I can set it easily for a pot to be waiting for me when I get up, and there is no comparison to ANY of the other coffeemakers I have owned. This one far exceeds all of them. Exceptional Deal! "My wife and I purchased this Bunn brewer as a Christmas present to ourselves and we have been very pleased thus far. The only down side to this coffee brewer is that it makes a popping sound intermittantly after it completes the brewing process. That is the only reason I gave it a 4 star rating. I believe the addition of Community Coffee's five bags of incrediably good coffee , tumblers and scoop makes this the best deal on the internet for those seeking a truly exceptional coffee experience."

Chicory Magic with new Bunn Brewer "I love the pure chicory and add it to most of my coffee purchases, but, I was missing a key ingredient.. What? The Bunn Brewer. Fantastic coffee and served HOT! Downside: only 8 small cups or 6 gigantic mugs per brew. Large footprint on my counter but substantial base keeps it secure. 3 year mfg. warranty. Stainless steel basket is easy to clean Cheap filters do not work well as they are too short. Flimsy sliding top on water compartment confuses me as otherwise the Bunn is heavy-duty. Try it."

Good Brewer but be aware of a couple of things "After going through 6 of these brewers over an 8 month period and talking with the Bunn engineers 3 times, Bunn finally replaced our PhaseBrew with a VelocityBrew. Bunn admits that power provided by some electrical utility companies cause the computer that controls the "Clean" indicator to behave erratically which caused 4 of the 6 failures. Actually they were not technically a failure but the brewer could not be used at our house. Bunn redesigned the carafe to eliminate the spilling issue."

Disappointed. "I love me some Community Coffee, and every single order I've placed online has been filled to perfection, but this coffee pot? After a year, I'm taking it to Goodwill. It takes forever to brew a pot of coffee, which might be ok if you take the time to set the coffee pot to brew automatically, but is a pain for people trying to make a quick pot in the morning before work. It takes so long because the pot heats all the water to a certain temp first, but I honestly can't tell any difference."

A Nice Update to my older Bunn GRX "Used my Phase Brew this morning for the first time. The coffee comes out very hot and not bitter. However the coffee lacked the depth of flavor the my old Bunn GRX produced, using the same ratio of Community Columbian Classico that I used in the older Bunn. But I do love the modern styling update and the timer for the 2 or 3 days a week I will use the feature. The clock and timer are very easy to set. Thanks to Community Coffee for offering this package deal. The tumblers are very attractive"

OMG "I had a friend at work just RAVE about CommunityCoffee. She sent me a sample of the french roast. I couldn't get to the website fast enough to to order. I use 3 1/2 scoops and the coffee is just awesome. I can't go back to that swill I use to drink. From now on, I'm a loyal CC member. I have my monthly recurring order placed as well. Bunn Decanter "First of all I am a Community fanatic, so no issues with the coffee or the company. I have owned several Bunn coffee makers through the years, both home and commercial. This one has to be the biggest dud ever, I bought three last November for Christamas presents. All of the decanters spill as much coffee as goes into the cup. I am on a private well (high mineral content) and the brewer must be cleaned at least once a week. Just very unhappy with this Bunn product."

Phase Brewer "Ok, first of all I order community coffee every 3 or 4 weeks and love there coffee. Now that I have said that, the phase brewer did not work for me at all. It was that loudest coffee pot I ever encountered? Forget talking on the phone or watching tv while making coffee. The coffee never turned out the same. Most of the time the sprayer didn't spray the water correctly and shot it straight down. The coffee pot is now sitting in my closet, replaced with a Quisinart, I now drink excellent coffee."

Three Weeks and Loving It! "Got a Phase Brew about 3 weeks ago to replace leaky Velocity Brew. Coffee tastes just the same as my old Bunn! Smaller carafe is not an issue as I'm the only coffee drinker at our house. The aforementioned pouring issue has been solved - NO DRIPS! Love the timer! A little water (maybe 2 teaspoonfuls) came out between the stainless housing and the plastic top on the first pot of water through it, but this has not happened since. It is a little noisy when heating water, but it makes GREAT COFFEE!"

The only thing better is a French Press (maybe...) "I recently purchased this bundle and thus far I've been thorougly impressed. The machine looks sleek and brews a perfect pot of coffee. Although, the description says it has a "10 minute" brew cycle, I think it may be a bit quicker (but, then it depends on the temperature of the water). This is definitely an upgrade from my old Mr. Coffee machine, and only a close second to my French Press. I highly recommend it (and the bundle of Community Coffees and accessories makes it a GREAT DEAL!)."

Bunn Coffee Maker "While we have only had our new Bunn Coffee Maker for a couple of days, we are very pleased with it. Since we are on a well, we keep filtered water in quart jars - one quart of water with 4 tablespoons of my own coffee mixture (includes chicory, cocoa powder, spice, both whole be and ground coffee all ground together) and out comes a quart of the best coffee we have ever tasted. Even a quart more made on the grounds of the first brew is great. What more could anyone ask for? Thanks!"
