Cooking with Coffee
Remove butter from fridge and add to stand mixer or use a hand held mixer. Whip butter until softened and creamy in consistency.
Place all ingredients in bowl and whisk on medium high speed for 2-3 minutes to ensure all ingredients are blended well. Remove butter and scoop out onto parchment paper and roll into a cylinder. Place in refrigerator or freezer to let set.
Mix all together and set aside.
Use steak of your choice and rub 1 Tbsp. of extra virgin olive oil on both sides of the steak. Using the Community Coffee Steak Seasoning Blend, season both sides of the steak. Place on a hot grill or cast iron skillet cooking 2 to 3 minutes on each side for a medium rare temperature. Feel free to cook longer for desired temperature. Remove steak from the grill or pan and place on serving plate. Slice 2 oz. piece of the Community Coffee Garlic Herb Steak Butter and place on top of the steak and let melt. Add your favorite sides and serve!
