Community Coffee Company Announces Vice President of Human Resources

Baton Rouge, LA- Community Coffee Company, the largest family-owned and operated retail coffee brand in the United States, announces James “Jamey” Leblanc as the new vice president of human resources.

“With more than 20 years of experience with Community Coffee Company, Jamey brings an in-depth knowledge of company’s business needs to this position,” said David Belanger, president and CEO of Community Coffee Company.

Jamey’s institutional knowledge and business acumen will allow him to effectively manage organizational development, company recruitment, and performance management. LeBlanc has held a series of progressive positions at Community Coffee within the areas of green coffee, audit, finance, legal, risk, real estate and accounting. Before joining Community, LeBlanc was a senior auditor at KPMG. 

LeBlanc has a master’s in business administration and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Louisiana State University. LeBlanc is a certified public accountant.
