Baton Rouge, LA, October 2020 — Today, Community Coffee Company announced the hiring of two executive leaders. Byron Broussard was named Vice President, Operations and Supply Chain and Greg Spady was named Vice President, Coffee Service.

Byron joined Community Coffee Company in September 2020 with over 31 years of experience in the consumer packed goods industry. Prior to joining Community Coffee, he held senior manufacturing, operations and supply chain roles within private and publicly held corporations. Most recently, Byron held the position of Chief Operating Officer at a national retail food company. Byron’s wealth of industry knowledge and extensive experience in continuous improvement will serve him well as he evolves our operations divisions to enhance our customers’ experience.
Greg joined Community Coffee Company in August 2020 and brings over 20 years of coffee industry experience, with his most recent position as Vice President of direct store delivery sales at a national beverage company. Greg’s expansive coffee knowledge and performance record in various sales leadership roles will ensure he effectively drives our coffee service division forward.
