This coffee is very smooth and, although strong and dark roasted, could be more acceptable for palates outside Louisiana. Neighbors and friends are quite impressed.

I had to use several extra scoops per pot to achieve the strength I was looking for. Even then, the flavor was a bit on the bland side.
