It seems that this product might be discontinued. I think this is a big mistake for the coffee company. Please reconsider.

After the first taste I knew I found a new favorite. More flavor and body without being bitter. It's what coffee should taste like.

I have started using the Louisiana Blend a couple of times a week in the early afternoon when I feel like having an after lunch cup.

I feel that the Louisiana Blend is similar, but lacks the "bite" and pungency of Evangeline. In other words, this blend is more "mellow" - It also could be described as less "brightness". Please accept my comments as a layman, and not a connoisseur. One can't go wrong selecting either blend
