I was introduced to French vanilla coffee by a friend of mine during a hunting trip this past spring. I usually tend to stay away from flavored coffee, but to appease him, I agreed to try. I did a mix with a dark roast accompanying. I enjoyed the blend that I'd created and came home to order from Community. I still don't drink it straight, but add it to a dark roast. The vanilla adds a nice "slight" flavor that doesn't over power, like some French vanillas can.

We wouldn't refuse it but it's not our favorite.
We like it but it's not our favorite. We like Beignet better and pecan praline is one of our favorites along with mardi gras and caramel. French Vanilla is very good but not great.

Artificial taste
I wanted to like it, truly I did, but the artificial, chemical taste of the vanilla flavor is ooverpowering to me
