Rated 1 out of 5 by from Canceled my order! I ordered the military match for my husband’s 4th deployment. I usually order every time he goes. However, this time, my order was shipped to Chicago. And of course it was returned. And without any heads up, warning, etc, my order was canceled. We didn’t find out until 2 months later. He was Extremely disappointed. Especially when we are from Louisiana. My husband worked at Community Coffee’s warehouses as an electrician’s apprentice before he joined the military. So, I don’t understand how a company could fail on this level. Especially with one of their own.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Coffee cup On my recent order, I received it quick enough however, I received the black "Initials Cup :TBR:??" This is not what I ordered. I ordered the large red "Community" cup! I don't appreciate the automatic substitution especially without notice. I am a long time customer originally from Louisiana and a Retired Navy diver and will be a customer for ever, but can I get what I ordered PLEASE.

I am not a huge coffee drinker and everyone says when I make mine it looks like dirty water. But it is good to me. Need to place an order ASAP!!!
