LA Boy
I was born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA and have been a Community coffee drinker since birth. I now live in Arkansas and am glad to know I can get my Community almost anywhere. Great product, great family!

Sorry, but this is not good coffee
I read the package for the dark roast and was impressed. Company has been around for a long time, gives back to its community, etc. I was very surprised that this coffee is one of the worst tasting coffees I have ever tried. I tried several different amounts of water, added a little salt, did everything I knew to do, but it remains terrible. The expiration date is not until 10/24, so that shouldn't be it. It is very bitter and tastes stale and has a very unpleasant after-taste. I don't usually write negative reviews, but I think the company needs to know about this.

Community Dark Roast - The Best
Enjoy buying direct fresh product and excellent service. Community Dark Roast is my coffee after living Baton Rouge 1965-71. Also loved the aroma from the Port Allen plant driving to Plaquemine 5 days a week when I wasn't traveling to work at Dow. Keep up the good work. Like the convenience of K-Cups.

Community coffee brought me from Michigan to B.R.!
While living in Michigan my husband developed a health condition causing us to decide to move to the warmer south. We decided to visit my brother living in Baton Rouge at that time because we had not been in the deep south. Our first morning there we had Community Coffee and the decision was made! There is no bitterness even in the strongest brew!
