Learning Management System
An LMS is a software application for the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting and delivery of training programs via tools that include E-Learning, Live, Virtual, On-the-Job, Self-Study, and Resources. Community Coffee’s Learning Management System is called the My Community Learning Portal. Please click the button below to access the system.

The Payroll site allows our employees the ability to view, print, and save their payroll statements and Form W-2. Both current and past pay information will be accessible 24/7 for a period of 7 years from our start date of July 1, 2011.

The Concur site is our cloud-based service that allows our employees to process Purchasing Card (“P-Card”) and Travel & Expense related reimbursements.

Community Coffee is dedicated to providing a comprehensive Benefits package for our employees. The links below will take you to websites relating to Community Coffee's Online Benefit Plan Enrollment, Health, Dental and 401(k) Plans. All Benefit Plan Enrollments are processed online. Employees may access the Online Benefit Enrollment website by clicking the button below. Access into the website is secure and requires a Community Coffee Company network ID and password. If you do not know this information, contact the Help Desk.
Online Enrollment Tool
UMR, a United Healthcare Company, is our third-party administrator of Community Coffee's Health Plan.
If you are a Plan Participant, you may access the UMR website by clicking the link below. Access into the website is secure. First-time users will need their UMR Member ID# found on the front of their UMR insurance card and must initially register and select a username and password of your choice.
The website provides account and/or claims activity, claim forms, UMR provider lists, benefits and coverage, personal health record, health and wellness tools and resources and allows you to estimate health and/or pharmacy costs. Also, you may request to replace your lost ID card.
Dental & Vision
In an effort to protect your overall health, Community Coffee has partnered with MetLife to offer you dental and vision benefits. If you are a Plan Participant, you may access the MetLife website by clicking the button below. Members can print ID cards, find eligible providers, view claims and see Frequently Asked Questions.
Lincoln Financial Group is our 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Recordkeeper. Eligible participants may access the Lincoln website by clicking the Lincoln button below. Access into the website is secure and requires a username and password. First-time users must initially register and select a username and password of your choice. This is the website to enroll and/or make changes to your Community Coffee 401(k) Retirement Savings Plan Account. The website also provides account balances, investment fund information, and tools and resources for managing your savings plan.

The Company Store is your source for Community Coffee's Uniform/Team Wear. The access to this site is managed by our Purchasing Department. If you have any trouble accessing the site, please contact Purchasing at 1-800-688-0990.
