Directions:
For iced tea, use 1 family size tea bag for each quart (32 oz) of fresh water. Bring water to a boil, gently pour over tea bags, cover and steep for 3 (mild flavor) to 5 (full flavor) minutes. Remove tea bags, stir and chill. Serve over ice.
For a quick-serve pitcher, use 2 tea bags for each quart (32 oz) of fresh water. Bring water to a boil, gently pour over tea bags, cover and steep for 3 (mild flavor) to 5 (full flavor) minutes. Remove tea bags. Add an equal amount of cold water and stir. Serve over ice.
